Supernatural Superstars — Surrealist Fashion Editorial Props

This Supernatural Superstars project involved the design and creation of a series of wearable, exaggerated paper accessories inspired by the surrealist visual language of Salvador Dalí.

Rather than creating literal references, the intention was to reinterpret surrealist aesthetics through a contemporary fashion lens. Long, blade-like finger extensions transformed the hands into impossible appendages. Headpieces expanded the silhouette beyond natural proportions, creating forms that appeared both elegant and unsettling. The props were created to function almost like living kinetic sculptures within the frame, presenting the figures as symbolic entities rather than traditional fashion models.

By obscuring identity and emphasizing silhouette, the work encourages viewers to engage with the image as a constructed visual narrative rather than a portrait.
